This holiday season, Colonial Players is honored to be an official drop-off location for Toys for Tots!

Toys for Tots is a nationwide, not-for-profit organization run by the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve. Toys for Tots gifts are given directly to individual families, as well as non-profit organizations that assist others in need. Colonial Players invites you to  bring along a new, unwrapped toy with you when you come to see The Best Christmas Pageant Ever! Donations will be accepted December 5 through 15.

Though there is no specific wish list for toys to donate, Toys for Tots primarily provides toys for children up to age 12. Popular toy categories include sporting equipment like bags and balls, books, backpacks, board games, radio control cars/trucks, hand-held electronics, and skateboards/helmets. Toys for Tots asks simply that you consider donating an item that you would be happy for your own young family members to receive.

Please note that Toys for Tots will not distribute realistic looking toy weapons, or gifts that contain food.
